We understand that you may not have any previous experience of the removal and relocation procedure, and therefore you need all the help and assistance you can get. You are in very good hands, for we always aim to provide the best help possible. We do all the work and planning and keep you informed throughout, and take care of all the worrying so you don't ever have to.

If it is a straightforward case of you needing a removals company to provide you with a removal quote, we can certainly do that. If you then wish to have us undertake your house removal, just let us know and we will arrange a date that can suit your needs. We fully understand that moving home is largely a matter of juggling dates so that your household goods move from your old home to your new home as quickly as possible with the minimum of delay.
Please bear in mind that we only offer household removals into Shetland, or out of Shetland. We do not undertake moving house procedures when the start and end destinations are both within Shetland.
You will need moving boxes, packaging and packing materials. We can supply those items for you if you wish. It is always a good idea to number your packed boxes with a large felt tip pen. Number them on all sides if possible, but only after they have been sealed to avoid the sealing tape covering up the numbers. Also, make a note of what is inside each box. You do not have to be absolutely exact, though you certainly can be.
An inventory that lists all the major items at least will do. As a rule of thumb, the further away your house removal destination is going to be, and especially if the household removals will be international, the more diligent you should be in keeping a good inventory of your household items. It is certainly in your best interests to do so, and we will require a detailed inventory as well.
The one thing you do need when you are in the middle of the whole household removals procedure is good information and moving house advice from whatever moving services you make use of. You need to know what to do and when to do it. You need to know what we will do and when we will do it, and what is likely to happen next and when. Relax... We make sure that you always have this kind of vital information. We will keep you informed of everything at all times. We know that good communications between you and your moving company is essential for your peace of mind.
